Job Purpose
To support daily office operations by keeping the workplace clean, organised, and well-stocked, and by assisting staff with basic office support tasks such as serving refreshments, photocopying, filing, and deliveries inside/outside the office when required.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Pantry Support
- Maintain cleanliness and order of office areas (reception, meeting rooms, pantry, workstations, washrooms as assigned).
- Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors as required.
- Ensure pantry supplies are available (tea, coffee, sugar, cups, tissues, etc.) and inform admin for reordering.
- Clean pantry equipment (kettle, coffee machine, fridge, microwave) and dispose of waste properly.
Meeting Room & Visitor Support
- Set up meeting rooms (water, cups, stationery) before meetings.
- Support reception team when needed (guiding visitors, basic assistance).
Office Assistance
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document arrangement.
- Distribute documents, parcels, and office items internally.
- Support admin team with small errands (e.g., bank deposit/collection, stationery purchase) if required.
- Report maintenance issues (AC, lights, plumbing) to admin/office manager promptly.
Compliance & Safety
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Handle office equipment carefully and maintain confidentiality where applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred).
- Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus).
- Polite attitude, presentable, and customer-service mindset.
- Physically fit to stand, walk, lift light items, and perform cleaning tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time well.

Working Conditions
- 6 days/week (as per company schedule).
