Roles and Responsibilities;
Administrative & Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and inventory.
- Supervise facility management including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and landlords..
IT & Communication Support
- Liaise with IT support teams to ensure smooth functioning of office systems.
- Manage communication systems, internet, and software tools required for daily operations.
- Ensure data security protocols and confidentiality in office operations.
Management & Coordination
- Support senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Act as a bridge between departments for smooth collaboration.
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively.
- Monitor office performance and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive office environment.
- Coordinate with accounts/finance team for invoices, payments, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws (if based in UAE).
- Maintain contracts, legal documents, and renewals (trade license, insurance, etc.).
Requirements;
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager or Team leader in an IT industry is required.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required
- Should be available in Dubai for interview

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
