Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive office manager to provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and coordination support to senior management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, correspondence, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Organize calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and official communications.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and databases to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meeting logistics.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries, visitors, and communications.
  • Support process improvements and ensure efficient administrative workflows.
  • Maintain office supplies and oversee related procurement needs.
  • Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
  • Participate in institutional quality and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • 8+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.
