Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Conduct research and compile relevant data to aid executive decision-making.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare expense reports and oversee executive budgeting.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support the Operations Team as required to ensure compliance across all areas.
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.
- Liaise with service providers and negotiate contracts for office-related services.
- Assist the executive team with various HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform well under pressure.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
