Office Manager

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant data to aid executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, responding to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare expense reports and oversee executive budgeting.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the Operations Team as required to ensure compliance across all areas.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.
  • Liaise with service providers and negotiate contracts for office-related services.
  • Assist the executive team with various HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform well under pressure.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
