Company Overview:

Helen and Sons Consultancy FZE is a leading UAE-based firm specializing in company formation, PRO services, visa processing, and corporate solutions across Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions. We are looking for a responsible and organized office manager to oversee the daily operations of our SAIF Zone branch.

Job Summary:

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the overall administrative and operational activities of the SAIF Zone office. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Tagalog, have strong coordination skills, and be capable of handling staff supervision, internal communication, and office workflow management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the SAIF Zone office branch
  • Supervise and coordinate office staff and ensure smooth workflow
  • Act as a point of contact between management and branch employees
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Monitor attendance, discipline, and general office administration
  • Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for smooth service delivery
  • Ensure office compliance with Free Zone regulations and internal policies
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance
  • Prepare basic operational and administrative reports for management

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Tagalog (mandatory) and good communication in English
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in office administration or management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and capable of multitasking
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of Free Zone operations (preferred)
  • Must be willing to work in SAIF Zone, Sharjah
