Administrative Assistant

We invite you to become part of our team at an upscale mobile pet grooming business in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions via accounting software (Quickbooks).
  • Perform monthly reconciliations.
  • Support the team by performing tasks related to the operation, such as publishing daily schedules, team dispatching, etc.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Follow the CRM communication plan.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, etc.
  • Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment, arrange for repairs, and maintain equipment inventories.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by senior managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Minimum one year of bookkeeping work experience in the GCC.
  • Good knowledge of Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping software.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
