Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions via accounting software (Quickbooks).
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Support the team by performing tasks related to the operation, such as publishing daily schedules, team dispatching, etc.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide customer support.
- Follow the CRM communication plan.
- Maintain communication with suppliers.
- Carry out administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, etc.
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment, arrange for repairs, and maintain equipment inventories.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by senior managers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum one year of bookkeeping work experience in the GCC.
- Good knowledge of Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping software.
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
