Job Purpose:
The
Office Manager
will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to the Group CEO, ensuring efficient daily operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across the Group’s companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between the Group CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities.

Prepare and review executive correspondence, presentations, reports, and board materials.

Coordinate board meetings, executive committees, and strategic sessions, including agendas and minutes.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Follow up on action items, deadlines, and key decisions across Group entities.

Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the Group CEO.

Liaise with senior leadership to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to optimize the CEO’s time.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

7–10+ years of experience
as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or C-level executive in a large organization or group.

Strong exposure to board-level coordination and executive reporting.
-
Experience working in diversified groups, EPC, or large corporate environments is a plus.

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
