Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, ensure smooth administrative workflows, and support our team’s success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead administrative functions, manage vendor relationships, coordinate scheduling, dispatching and contribute to a positive work environment that drives our company forward.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of office administration, including clerical tasks, filing systems, and front desk operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
  • Oversee schedule management for staff and project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and appointments are coordinated seamlessly.
  • Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing payments through QuickBooks, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, bookkeeping tasks, and ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional setting.
  • Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and calendar management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and organizational ability.
  • Experience with vendor management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processes.
  • Knowledge of medical office management or similar environments is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, filing systems, and general clerical tasks efficiently. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.96 - $30.06 per hour
