Here's your chance to step into the role of Office Manager- Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Executive Support & Communication

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including preparing complex documents, reports, presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders on senior management matters, handling sensitive communications with discretion.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to track commitments, anticipate needs, and follow up on meetings and engagements.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper to facilitate effective communication between senior leadership and staff, fostering trust and support.

Meeting & Event Coordination

  • Organize and manage logistics for executive meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, distribution of materials, and minute-taking.
  • Ensure meetings and events comply with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
  • Provide event management support as needed.

Office & Operations Management

  • Oversee office services and supplies, including inventory management, vendor coordination, procurement of equipment and materials.
  • Develop and improve office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and support organizational growth.
  • Maintain a welcoming environment through hospitality and restocking office materials.

Daily Operations & Problem Solving

  • Prioritize inquiries and requests, resolve conflicts, and make decisions to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support organizational goals.
