Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Assistant to support our Sales Director in all administrative andcoordination tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuringthe smooth running of the Sales Director's day-to-day activities and managingcommunication between teams and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actas the primary point of contact for the General Director, managing hiscalendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepareand consolidate reports, collect KPIs from agents, and present keyperformance updates to top management.
- Coordinatewith the Sales team and all internal departments to ensure alignment andefficiency.
- Representthe CEO at meetings, events, and business lunches with top developers andclients when required
- Overseeemployee attendance and follow up with team members regarding performanceor accountability matters.
- Ensuresmooth day-to-day administrative operations and handle confidentialinformation with discretion.
- Negotiateeffectively with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders when needed.
- Takeinitiative in identifying operational improvements and assist the GeneralDirector in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain aprofessional company image while fostering strong business relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor'sdegree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA oradvanced degree is strongly preferred.
- Provenexperience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the real estate sectoror a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strongleadership skills and the ability to assert authority when necessary.
- Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Abilityto work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and business communication tools.
- Fluent in English;other languages are a plus.
