We are seeking a highly strategic and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead, structure, and scale a results-focused sales division within the Abu Dhabi market.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a professional with deep market expertise, strong investor relationships, and a proven ability to build and manage high-performing real estate teams.

Extensive real estate experience within Abu Dhabi is strongly preferred and will be prioritized.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations within Abu Dhabi, implement data-driven strategies, and drive consistent revenue growth.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong track record specifically within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector, with experience managing investor portfolios, high-net-worth clients, and cross-border transactions.

Candidates without solid real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans supported by market data and analytics
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to identify high-potential opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Implement targeted strategies for local and international client acquisition
  • Monitor market trends, supply-demand shifts, and economic indicators to refine pricing and positioning
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning and market penetration

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi (strongly required)
  • In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market, developers, and project ecosystem
  • Established investor network and active industry connections
  • Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and international investors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • International certifications such as CIPS or CCIM are considered an advantage
