Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office & Site Administrator – Commercial Construction to manage administrative and coordination functions for our on-site and office operations in Bahawalpur .

This full-time, on-site role supports both field and administrative teams, ensuring efficient documentation, communication, logistics, and daily operational flow between the head office , site , and construction management teams.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in construction-related administration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain administrative systems, reports, and correspondence for site and office operations.
  • Coordinate daily logistics, staff attendance, and communication between departments.
  • Manage site documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports.
  • Support HR and finance teams with timesheets, vendor billing, and documentation.
  • Organize and record meeting minutes, visitor logs, and staff rosters.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, confidentiality, and reporting protocols.
  • Provide operational support to engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
Experience
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate sector.
  • Hands-on experience in managing site documentation and multi-department coordination.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, recordkeeping, and time management skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Construction Management , or related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
