Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer – Operations to manage statutory compliance functions (EOBI, PESSI) and ensure adherence to social compliance standards across our facilities. This role is critical in supporting workforce welfare while aligning with regulatory and buyer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain EOBI & PESSI registrations, contributions, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to social compliance standards (local labor laws, health & safety, buyer codes of conduct).
  • Prepare and update compliance reports, audit requirements, and inspection documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external bodies (govt. authorities, auditors, inspectors).
  • Assist in HR operations including employee record-keeping and statutory benefits administration.
  • Support awareness sessions and training for compliance policies and labor rights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations/Compliance within the textile or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of EOBI, PESSI, and labor law compliance.
  • Familiarity with social compliance audits (e.g., SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP) will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office with strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
