Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a reputed Ports & Logistics company (Joint Venture – Pakistan & UAE).
We are looking for fresh graduates / early-career individuals for an entry-level role in customer care & operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide assistance
- Manage import/export documentation and data entry
- Issue gate passes and invoices
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 14 years of education (any discipline)
