Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a reputed Ports & Logistics company (Joint Venture – Pakistan & UAE).

We are looking for fresh graduates / early-career individuals for an entry-level role in customer care & operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and provide assistance
  • Manage import/export documentation and data entry
  • Issue gate passes and invoices
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and company procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 14 years of education (any discipline)
