JOB DESCRIPTION

Review of open vacancies with the Recruitment Consultant and support in the development of Recruitment and Mobilization plan.

Cross verification of the offer letters with the opened Recruitment Requisition Forms (RRF) ensuring all offer letters going out are valid and timely issued

Prepare and Launch the optimal mobilization / arrivals plan for the in-country recruited candidates and overseas recruited candidates in line with the in-house job training and deployment needs

Consolidate all the Vacancy Requisitions with the respective business units and P&C People Advisors on weekly basis, close the positions on the basis of new joiners and update the Recruitment Consultant on the progress
Operational

Coordinate on regular basis with the Recruitment Partners on booking the flights as per the Business requirements. Update the accommodation team on the arrivals plan for the arrangement of the bed spaces in advance.

Weekly meetings with the Onboarding, People Advisors and the Operations Teams on the new arrivals ensuring the candidates are successfully handed over for the next stages of the on-site deployments.
Process Improvements

Thorough review of the End-to-End recruitment process with the team. Identify and eliminate the waste in order to bring efficiencies to the process.

Implement an approach of continuous improvement to the processes to be able to identify cost savings for the business.

Assist the line manager in driving the successful implementation of Recruitment system enabling the end-to-end process to be fully automated.
Educational and Technical Certifications
-
Diploma Holder preferably in the field of Human Resources
-
Bachelor's Degree would be an advantage
Knowledge and Skill
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Great time management skills and has the ability to manage and handle multiple tasks

Strong team player with a can-do attitude
Experience
-
3+ years of experience working as a Recruitment Coordinator, Onboarding Coordinator, or a similar position
-
Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment where high volume of employees has been onboarded

Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as ATS and HRIS
