We are looking to hire for a male resource to be based at our factory located at Shafiq More & Karimabad
Job responsibilities:
- Ensure that raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials meet all predefined quality and safety specifications before entering the production process.
- Act as the initial checkpoint to detect defects or non-conformities early, preventing quality issues from affecting production or reaching customers.
- Verify labeling, packaging, and product presentation to ensure alignment with company branding and adherence to legal and regulatory standards such as allergen labeling, weight accuracy, and shelf-life declarations.
- Perform quality checks in both factory and retail settings, supporting consistent product integrity throughout the suppl chain.
- Evaluate product functionality, durability, and safety features, especially for packaged or finished goods, to ensure consumer safety and satisfaction.
- Use appropriate inspection tools (e.g., gauges, scales, micrometers, and measuring devices) to carry out precise assessments of dimensions, weight, and other specifications.
- Conduct detailed evaluations to confirm that all items meet internal standards and technical specifications, including packaging seals, product weights, and tolerances.
- Maintain comprehensive inspection records that document findings, defects, and corrective actions taken.
- Support traceability and audit readiness through disciplined reporting.
- Provide input for root cause analysis, contribute to corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes, and recommend improvements to enhance quality systems.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and Stores to address quality issues and ensure a seamless feedback loop.
- Proactively identify potential quality risks and suggest improvements to inspection protocols and quality control procedures.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management, including but not limited to participation in audits, investigations, and special quality projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Food Engineering/Bio Technology/Chemistry
- 2 to 3 years experience in FMCG of food
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Should be able to handle operations & team independently

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
