Anchor Health Homecare Services is a trusted healthcare organization dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care in the home. Our team works closely with caregivers and clinicians to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient support. We are excited to expand our HR team with the addition of an Onboarding Representative at our Saratoga Springs office.

Position Overview
The Onboarding Representative will play a key role in supporting the recruiting and HR team. This position is responsible for managing the flow of all incoming caregivers (CGs), ensuring their applications are complete, and keeping them on track with required classes, trainings, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage caregiver onboarding process from application to active employment.
  • Ensure all caregivers complete mandatory classes, orientations, and compliance steps.
  • Track and follow up on required documentation, certifications, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR system and provide updates as needed.
  • Provide excellent communication and support to caregivers throughout the onboarding process.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or onboarding strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting software a plus.

Compensation:

  • $21-24 per hour
