Online Bidder (Upwork, Freelancer & Other Platforms)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Online Bidder who can manage and secure projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in bidding, client communication, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role for serious and dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant platforms
• Identify potential projects and submit customized proposals
• Communicate with clients and convert leads into projects
• Maintain consistent pipeline and achieve monthly targets
• Coordinate with the team for smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple platforms and client conversations
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on closing deals
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Commission (Target-based)
• Final package will be decided after the interview
