Online Community Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and responsive Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, content and promptly responding to customer queries.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and a good understanding of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and handle all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
● Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, stories and updates
● Respond to customer inquiries, messages and comments in a timely and professional manner
● Handle complaints
● Provide accurate information to customers
● Maintain a positive brand image through communication
● Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas
● Coordinate with internal teams for updates, promotions and campaigns
● Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
● Proven experience in social media handling or customer service
● Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Urdu
● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
● Good knowledge of social media tools and platforms
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
● Ability to handle customer queries professionally
Preferred Skills:
Experience with content creation (Canva, basic design tools)
Knowledge of social media analytics
Understanding of digital marketing trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
