Online Position – Female Psychologist (English & Malayalam Speaking)

Job Description

We are looking for a female psychologist who is fluent in English and Malayalam to support children, teenagers, and parents through an online behavioural development and self-mastery program.

The role involves assessing children’s behavioural patterns, providing guidance to parents, and supporting the psychological growth of students through structured evaluations and consultations. The psychologist will help identify areas such as focus, discipline, confidence, emotional regulation, and social behaviour, and provide practical guidance to help families support the child’s development.

Responsibilities include conducting online behavioural assessments, reviewing student progress, participating in parent consultation calls, and offering professional insights to improve the child’s mindset, discipline, and personal growth.

The ideal candidate should have a background in Psychology, Child Psychology, or Counselling, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in youth development and behavioural coaching.

Compensation: AED 1,000 – AED 2,500 per month (Online role).
