Online Ordering growth manager- F&B

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

As a Growth Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth on all online food ordering platforms , and other online ordering channels. You will own platform partnerships, optimize ad spends, analyze performance data, and ensure accuracy of all inward transactions. Further, the candidate is required to have excellent data analysis skills and knowledge. Will also need to reconcile payments by working with the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with food delivery platforms
  • Plan, execute, and scale advertising campaigns to maximize sales growth and ROI.
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reconcile inward transactions, commission charges, and settlements with finance team.
  • Create and present growth reports using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Support leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis related to online sales.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with food delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, Talabat, Deliveroo, UberEats, etc.).
  • Proven track record of scaling advertising campaigns and delivering growth targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles to cross-check transactions and payouts.
  • Skilled in sales strategy, data analysis, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
