Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and energetic female Online Sales & Calling Executive to manage our daily online sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, confirm online orders, coordinate with courier partners, maintain sales records, and manage responses and postings on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to confirm online orders placed via website or social media
• Coordinate with courier services for order pickup, delivery, and tracking
• Maintain daily sales and returns record
• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Track and follow up on all orders until successful delivery
• Post pre-designed content on social media platforms
• Assist in boosting sales through active customer engagement and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills (Urdu & basic English)
• Experience in order management, customer service, or online store handling
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Web, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Organized and detail-oriented, with good record-keeping skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks

Qualification:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in e-commerce or call management will be an advantage
