About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a digital environment, understands online consumer behavior, and can convert leads into loyal customers through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through digital channels (social media, email, live chat, etc.)
- Manage online sales inquiries and convert them into successful transactions.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demos.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality.
- Track sales performance using CRM and report regularly to the management.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and chat tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance retention and referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online or digital sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of online marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales funnels and lead conversion tactics.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic SEO is an advantage.
