Online Seller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Online Seller to manage online sales across social media platforms and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in online selling, and the ability to close sales quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and online marketplaces
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
• Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and daily posts
• Handle order processing, invoicing, and coordination with delivery partners
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat sales
• Assist in basic content creation (photos, short videos, live selling)
• Maintain sales records and meet weekly/monthly sales targets
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends

Requirements

• Experience in online selling or customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplace tools
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers
• Basic computer and mobile skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good time management and attention to detail
