Online Travel Platform Executive

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Online Travel Platform Executive to join our growing travel company. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling online travel systems, customer support, calling, and email communication. The candidate must be professional, customer-focused, and capable of managing travel inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online chat support.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa inquiries, and travel packages.
  • Manage and operate online travel systems and booking platforms efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Follow up with clients regarding bookings, payments, and travel updates.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners when required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
  • Support sales and business development activities through client communication.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a travel agency or online travel platform preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and online portals.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage calls, emails, and multitasking efficiently.
  • Basic computer and internet skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Duffel) is a plus.
  • Strong sales and client dealing skills.
  • Problem-solving and customer satisfaction mindset.
