Online tutor( Business Management Trainer)

The Online Tutor (Trainer) – Business Management will be responsible for delivering online classes, assessing assignments, and mentoring learners to develop strong managerial and leadership competencies aligned with international academic standards.
This is a part-time contractual position with per-lecture and per-assignment-based compensation, ideal for academic professionals and industry experts seeking flexible online teaching opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive, well-structured online sessions for Business Management courses (Level 3–7).
• Evaluate and grade student assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure teaching content aligns with curriculum objectives and quality assurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, student progress, and assessment outcomes.
• Engage students through real-world business examples and strategic case studies.
• Participate in academic coordination meetings or training sessions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Management, Commerce, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MBA, MSc Management, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in management, business strategy, or administration.
• Experience with international diploma or vocational training programs is an added advantage.
• Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of business operations, strategic management, and leadership principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.).
• Capable of conducting engaging, interactive online sessions.
• Strong analytical, evaluation, and organizational skills.
