We are currently inviting applications for the position of Online Tutor (Trainer) for the Health and Social Care Management program on a part-time contractual basis.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor (Trainer) for Health and Social Care Management will deliver lectures and evaluate student assignments for international diploma programs. The trainer will ensure learners develop strong competencies in healthcare leadership, policy, administration, and ethical care management.
This is a remote, part-time contractual role ideal for professionals with experience in health and social care education or management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive online sessions for the Health and Social Care Management program.
  • Evaluate student assignments, reports, and projects in alignment with learning outcomes and assessment criteria.
  • Provide constructive feedback, mentoring, and academic guidance to learners.
  • Maintain academic standards in accordance with international education frameworks.
  • Participate in academic meetings, internal verification, and quality review activities.
  • Support the overall enhancement of teaching quality and learner experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Health Sciences, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MSc Health and Social Care, MHA, MPH, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or professional experience in healthcare management or social care sectors.
  • Experience with online teaching platforms or vocational training programs is an advantage.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, social care policies, and ethical practice.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
  • Competence in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
  • Ability to design and assess assignments in line with international standards.
  • Strong organizational and report-writing skills.

Contract & Compensation Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
  • Type: Part-Time / Remote
  • Per Lecture Fee (as per approved rate)
  • Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
  • Work Hours: Flexible (based on session schedule)
