We are currently hiring qualified professionals to join as Online Tutors (Trainers) for the Tourism and Hospitality Management program.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor (Trainer) – Tourism and Hospitality Management will teach virtual classes, evaluate assignments, and mentor learners to develop essential management and service-industry competencies in line with international standards.
This is a flexible, part-time contractual position compensated per lecture and per assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured, engaging online lectures for the Tourism and Hospitality Management program (Level 3–7).
  • Assess and grade student assignments and projects, providing timely, constructive feedback.
  • Ensure that course delivery meets quality benchmarks and program learning outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
  • Support students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world hospitality and tourism contexts.
  • Participate in faculty meetings or academic coordination sessions as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MBA (Hospitality), MSc Tourism, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching, training, or industry experience in tourism, hospitality, or event management.
  • Experience with international diploma or vocational training programs is an advantage.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations, tourism trends, and service-quality management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Proficiency in online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams).
  • Ability to engage adult learners effectively in virtual settings.
  • Good organizational and evaluation skills.

Contract & Compensation Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable)
  • Type: Part-Time / Remote
  • Per Lecture Fee (based on company scale)
  • Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
  • Work Hours: Flexible (as per session schedule)
