We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused
Onsite Support Engineer
to provide hands-on technical assistance across hardware, software, and networking systems. This role involves supporting end-users onsite, troubleshooting devices, and providing smart hands support for network and data center equipment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:

Provide onsite and deskside IT support for end-users, covering hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and related peripherals.

Deliver hands and feet support for network and data center equipment to ensure operational continuity.

Manage Active Directory tasks, including user account setup, mailbox creation, and access permissions.

Support and maintain end-user devices (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices) while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
What You Need:

Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, including Microsoft Office support.

Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and smart hands support for network/data center equipment.

Experience with SCCM, Windows imaging, and endpoint management tools.

Excellent customer service orientation, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure AD) and optional IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator).
