We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can bring this vision alive online - by crafting compelling campaigns, managing our digital presence, and building a powerful parent engagement ecosystem.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end digital strategy for the school from awareness to admissions - driving engagement, visibility, and conversions across platforms.
You’ll work closely with the leadership, brand, and admissions teams to ensure every digital interaction reflects the soul of RISE: Innovation. Integrity. Impact.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing roadmap for awareness, engagement, and admissions campaigns.
  • Drive brand positioning across digital channels in alignment with the school’s vision and tone of voice.
  • Manage annual and monthly performance marketing budgets for measurable ROI.

2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run high-impact campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads for admissions.
  • Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and remarketing.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions team to refine the digital-to-enrolment journey.

3. Content Marketing

  • Oversee creation of storytelling-led content (videos, parent stories, reels, campus showcases).
  • Manage website content, SEO optimization, and blog calendar.
  • Coordinate with internal creative and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and premium visual identity.

4. Social Media & Community Building

  • Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Grow an engaged parent community through storytelling, live sessions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track engagement metrics and ensure real-time social responsiveness.

5. Analytics, Reporting & Technology Integration

  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and CRM dashboards.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and campaign optimization.
  • Track organic search visibility, social media growth, and lead quality metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in education
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and Analytics dashboards.
  • Strong creative judgment with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Team player with ownership mindset and passion for purpose-driven marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
