Online Platform Coordinator - Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Menu Management
- Update menu items, prices, and photos across all platforms.
- Ensure item availability and descriptions are accurate.
- Order Monitoring & Coordination
- Monitor live orders to ensure timely preparation and dispatch.
- Resolve order issues (delays, cancellations, wrong items) in real time.
- Platform Relationship Management
- Communicate with Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, and Keeta account managers.
- Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and updates.
- Performance Tracking
- Analyze daily/weekly sales, customer ratings, and operational KPIs.
- Suggest improvements to enhance ratings and sales.
- Complaint & Refund Handling
- Investigate customer complaints and process refunds or compensations.
- Liaise with platforms to resolve disputes or penalties.
- Inventory Coordination (Optional)
- Coordinate with the kitchen or stock team to ensure menu items match stock availability.
