Job Specifications and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a catering operation, including strategy, logistics, staffing, vendor management, and financial performance to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Preferrred candidate must have deep knowledge of catering operations, experience in budget management, and strong leadership skills to manage teams and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of catering services, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
- Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and team management, to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure smooth logistical operations and manage purchasing and vendor relationships.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and work to achieve or exceed financial goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, chefs, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet financial goals and achieve quality service objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant local regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in catering or hospitality operations.
- In-depth understanding of all facets of catering operations.
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading in similar senior roles.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
