Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in the maritime industry? SG Shipping Private Ltd is seeking an Operation Executive to join our team and help us maintain efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Provide regular updates on the status of client orders.
• Liaise with customers, agents, service providers, boat crew, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with customer order requirements.
• Monitor job orders and maintain accurate timesheets.
• Prepare and communicate invoicing information timely.
• Maintain event data and records accurately in the system.
• Communicate discrepancies/issues to the supervisor/manager.
• Prepare operational reports as required.
• Handle any ad-hoc work instructions/administration duties from the supervisor/manager.
• This is a shift-based role with 24/7 operations, and work days will be scheduled as per the roster.

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in any subject; Maritime or logistics-related qualification is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience as a coordinator/dispatch handler in a client-facing, logistics industry.
• English fluency is a must.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-changing and demanding environment.
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsibility, independence, and keen attention to detail.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Willingness to work in shifts, overtime, and weekend duties.

ONLY MARINE RELATED EXPERIENCE OF 2-4 YEARS WILL B CONSIDERED

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
