About the Role:

The role is responsible for managing daily fleet operations, ensuring timely vehicle tracking, reporting, and compliance with customer KPIs. The position focuses on coordination, accurate system updates, incident reporting, and monthly data verification to support smooth operations and timely billing.

Key Performance Indicators:

· Coordinate with the workshop team for vehicle maintenance and availability

· Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of vehicles assigned to specific customers

· Timely update of trip sheets and operational data into the system

· Ensure accurate system data entry before monthly closing

· Promptly report any vehicle incidents or breakdowns to the Operations Manager

· Reconcile and verify monthly data with customers to ensure timely and accurate billing

· Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Timely sharing of daily vehicle status with customers and operational teams

· Execution of daily operations in line with customer-defined KPIs

· Maximizing the number of trips as per customer requirements

· Accurate and timely reporting of breakdowns and operational disruptions

· Consistent and proper data management and system updates.

Requirement:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BBA/MBA) in Supply Chain or related field

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Fleet operations

· Strong organizational and coordination skills

· Multitasking and ability to work under pressure

· Well conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
