Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented Operation Executive Assistant (Female) to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the department, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.
  • Coordinate and follow up on operational tasks and project deadlines.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Maintain and update operational files and records.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators and operational efficiency.
  • Support the HR and procurement functions with documentation and communication.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or operations coordinator is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Pleasant personality with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Preferably on a transferable visa (for UAE roles, if applicable).
