Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in facility management company, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
- Supervise and train staff on operational practices, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training & development to enhance team performance.
- Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and budget management to maintain financial accuracy.
- Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth while managing pricing and promotions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Ensure efficient shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote store initiatives and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in UAE as Operation manager role.
- Graduation preferred and driving license is a plus.
- Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and employee development.
- Familiarity with retail math principles for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to handle cash effectively while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette.
- Experience in merchandising, purchasing, and marketing strategies within a retail context is preferred.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
