Operation Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficiency of our service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in facility management company, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple tasks effectively while fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising.
• Supervise and train staff on operational practices, customer service standards, and sales techniques.
• Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training & development to enhance team performance.
• Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping tasks, and budget management to maintain financial accuracy.
• Lead recruitment efforts by interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth while managing pricing and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Ensure efficient shift management by scheduling staff appropriately to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote store initiatives and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UAE as Operation manager role.
• Graduation preferred and driving license is a plus.
• Candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
• Proficient in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and employee development.
• Familiarity with retail math principles for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Ability to handle cash effectively while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette.
• Experience in merchandising, purchasing, and marketing strategies within a retail context is preferred.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
