Operation Manager

To further strengthen their professional team, they are now seeking a Hotel Operations Manager .


Operation Manager, responsible for managing the hotel’s daily operations effectively and efficiently. Ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction while maintaining cost control, optimizing operational processes, and managing staff performance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Ensure the smooth functioning of all operational departments of the hotel (front office, housekeeping, F&B, technical services, etc.).
  • Monitor and continuously improve service quality to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and present them to senior management.
  • Manage the operational budget; control expenses and ensure efficiency.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, training, shift planning, and performance management processes.
  • Follow emergency procedures and ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
  • Handle complaints and guest feedback in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop operational strategies that increase revenue.
  • Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement and inventory control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards during internal audits.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in planning, reporting, and budget management.
  • Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is an asset).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
