Operation Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Strategic Planning:
    Define objectives and operational plans aligned with company strategy.
    Partner with Head of Operations to set long- and short-term goals, policies, and business direction.
    Drive revenue growth and ensure fleet utilization targets are achieved.
  • Operational Management:
    Oversee daily taxi operations including staff responsibilities, vehicle repairs, maintenance, and facilities.
    Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
    Coordinate with HR for driver availability, manage leave and attrition to ensure seamless service.
    Handle vehicle registrations, renewals, and traffic/police-related legal matters.
    Attend meetings with regulatory authorities and ensure directives are effectively executed.
    Monitor and enhance driver performance to meet operational KPIs.
  • People Leadership:
    Set performance goals for team members and manage performance reviews.
    Provide coaching, feedback, and identify training and development needs.
    Build an agile, efficient, and compliant work culture with strong governance.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement:
    Review and optimize business processes to maximize efficiency and service quality.
    Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
    Regularly update policies, procedures, and systems for operational excellence.
  • Reporting & Controls:
    Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting on fleet, driver performance, and incidents.
    Take swift action on accident cases, fines, and compliance issues.
