Location: ISLAMABAD
Salary: $120,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our courier and 3PL operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven ability to manage teams and improve operational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily courier and logistics operations
• Manage staff, fleet, and scheduling
• Drive process improvements and cost efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service quality
• Maintain compliance with company and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in courier or 3PL
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with logistics software and route optimization
• Results-driven and highly organized
