About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize retail operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Manage inventory, sales targets, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and visual standards.
• Lead and train store teams to achieve KPIs.
• Analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and HR for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
