About the Role

We're hiring an Operation Supervisor to lead daily operations at Kilo Samak. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfillment, high standards of quality and hygiene, and efficient team performance. This role is the link between sales, production, and logistics - driving both operational excellence and cost efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations & team schedules.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Monitor quality, hygiene, and compliance with standards.
• Train and support the team to boost performance.
• Optimize resources, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 3-7 years of experience in operations or food industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.
• Based in (or able to commute to) Qatif, Eastern Province.
