Operation Supervisor

• Ensure timely deliveries and pickups through AM & PM dispatchers
• Route planning for best route optimization in respect of fuel efficiency and on time pickups / deliveries. Ensure provision of support on overloaded routes from underutilized routes and arrange contingency in case of any couriers absence, route closure etc.
• Follow up with admin to keep operation fleet maintained with complete necessary documents e.g. reg. books, route permits, excise tokens, fitness, Courier valid licenses etc.
• Daily Cage reconciliation and follow up with concern teams for early resolution on pending shipments. Cage management of destroy shipments for 90 days and hand over to security.
• Reconciliation of actual picked shipments against aligned pickups and proper scanning, Astra labeling, pouching, export documents, account verification etc.
• Maintain company assets (power pads, astra printers, vehicle tool kits, spare wheels etc.) updated record and ensure complete inventory.
• Maintain daily fuel logs in excel file and manual log books and verify consumption as per route to eliminate chances of fuel pilferage, timely vehicle maintenance and proper usage details
