RESERVATIONS Manage and update reservations from all sources (Whatsapp, email etc.) promptly and accurately. Coordinate with other branches (if applicable) to manage bookings efficiently. RENTAL AGREEMENTS & CHARGING Ensure complete accuracy when entering data into the system and related platforms. Update agreements on both the company system and RTA portal within 15 minutes of transaction completion. Maintain and update all cash and card transactions, receipts accurately on the system. Ensure proper verification of customer documents as per company and regulatory standards. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with the brand and client company’s service expectations. Take full ownership of customer complaints and ensure resolution within the agreed timeline. Utilize effective sales and upselling strategies to maximize revenue from each customer interaction. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance targets assigned by management. Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity when dealing with customers or partners from different countries. OPERATIONS Meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and performance targets. Accurately manage and maintain rental agreements and vehicle statuses in the system. 2/2 Job Description Ensure timely communication and coordination with operations or customer service teams abroad. Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and the service standards of clients being supported. Occasionally undertake additional duties as assigned by management. Strictly uphold confidentiality of information related to customers, business operations, and partner companies at all times. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High School / Bachelors / Masters education in any discipline. Experience in the car rental industry preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided). PREFERRED SKILLS Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and document handling. Proven selling and negotiation skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking) is mandatory and multiple languages is an added advantage.
