About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to lead productivity improvement initiatives, drive transformation programs, and embed new Ways of Working across departments. This role involves coaching leaders, rolling out Lean Six Sigma practices, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Execute rapid diagnostics to identify opportunities for productivity improvement and waste elimination.

Present findings through high-quality reports and recommendations for leadership.

Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions to drive process improvements.

Develop and implement plans to deliver identified improvements.

Coach managers in Lean/Continuous Improvement principles for day-to-day operations.

Design and implement Visual Management dashboards (Kanban boards, KPI dashboards, etc.).

Identify cascading KPIs and engineer performance levers across units.

Support design of digital dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to measure productivity.

Build Lean Six Sigma capability across the organization.

Use data analysis to diagnose issues and improve performance.

Key Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in business services or financial services driving transformation programs.

Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Change Management.

Experience coaching senior leaders and middle managers.

Strong knowledge of Visual Management rollouts in back-office/frontline teams.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau/Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Strong emotional intelligence, influencing skills, and consulting soft skills.

English fluency required; Arabic language is an advantage
