This role is pivotal in supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Field Services to achieve excellence in service delivery across industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities. What You’ll Lead And Deliver

  • The applicant will be responsible for executing the following key operational aspects of INTECH’s O&M Business (in the assigned region/territories) but not limited to:
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day O&M activities, addressing operational matters and enhancing company, team, and process visibility.
  • Manage end-to-end operational execution of O&M contracts with full compliance, site coverage, and delivery capacity.
  • Coordinate closely with O&M Management, Regional SDs, CMs, and Ops Leads to achieve O&M goals and targets.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and service delivery.
  • Lead grievance reporting, logging, and resolution framework.
  • Record, monitor, and manage HSE compliance requirements across contracts, customers, and sites.
  • Develop and implement annual HSE compliance plans, including safety training, PPE provisioning, and other requirements.
  • Maintain regular correspondence with customers to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and strong relationships.
  • Conduct customer sensitization sessions and job-related briefings with O&M resources.
  • Lead and manage commercial obligations of O&M contracts, coordinating effectively with customers.
  • Attend and support internal audits to ensure compliance with company processes and QHSE guidelines.
  • Oversee talent hunting, bench management, and acquisition to support operational requirements.
  • Develop a succession plan for critical positions within the team.
  • Conduct competency benchmarking and gap assessments against defined frameworks.
  • Carry out training needs assessments based on customer feedback and internal evaluations.
  • Design and execute Training & Development Plans for O&M team members to bridge skill gaps.
  • Collect feedback and conduct evaluations of O&M resources to ensure performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement nationalization programs aligned with customer KPIs.

Requirements:

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 + years of work-relevant experience in Control Systems.
  • Experience in any of the DCS (Yokogawa / ABB / DetlaV / Foxboro) and PLCs like Rockwell & Siemens.
  • Experience is providing training (internal/external)
  • Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills
  • Travel: A commitment of 35-40% is required as per the assignment.
