Operations Administrator

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a business consultancy firm and possess strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland rules and regulations, portals, and documentation required for company formation and business setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end business setup processes for Dubai Mainland companies
  • Manage documentation, applications, and approvals through relevant government portals
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws and business regulations
  • Prepare and review legal documents, trade license applications, and amendments
  • Coordinate operational and administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records and client documentation
  • Provide administrative support to management as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Business Consultancy firm in the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland company formation procedures
  • Familiarity with DED portals and government documentation processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Currently available in UAE

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant UAE experience
  • Immediate joiners preferred
