The Operations & Logistics Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day manufacturing operations while ensuring efficient logistics coordination, material movement, and on-time dispatches. The role focuses on maintaining production flow, inventory control, and seamless coordination between plant operations, warehouse, and transportation teams to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities • Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to schedules. • Coordinate production planning with logistics to ensure timely availability of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods. • Plan and manage dispatch schedules, transportation coordination, and delivery timelines. • Supervise warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory accuracy. • Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and resources across operations and logistics. • Track and analyze operational and logistics KPIs such as output, lead time, and dispatch efficiency. • Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and sales teams for smooth end-to-end operations. • Identify process improvements to reduce operational costs, delays, and wastage. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and transport regulations. • Prepare daily/weekly reports related to production, inventory, and logistics performance. • Handle operational issues, resolve bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and logistics workflows. • Knowledge of inventory management, dispatch planning, and warehouse coordination. • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external transport vendors.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Team handling and shop-floor coordination experience. • Basic understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments. • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems is preferred. • Good communication and reporting skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Preferred Industry Background FMCG / Food Processing / Packaging / Manufacturing / Industrial production environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
