Role Description [FRESH GRADUATES ARE OKAY TO APPLY]

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Agent at Rimo Tours Group in Heliopolis. As an Operations Agent, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to travel and transportation operations. This includes coordinating logistics, managing reservations, ensuring seamless customer service, and providing support to the sales team. You will work closely with our clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate airport transfers, including scheduling and dispatching vehicles and drivers
  • Manage flight reservations, including booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations
  • Plan and organize excursions, including selecting suppliers and managing tour guides
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
  • Assist in resolving any issues or complaints that arise during the booking or travel process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings and transactions
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Continuously improve operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience


Requirements:

  • Lives close to Sheraton Heliopolis or able to go there five times a day
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
