As an Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless coordination between technical teams and field personnel. You’ll be responsible for maintaining master data, implementing operational best practices, and driving successful execution of technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Coordination - collaborate with technicians and technical teams to understand operational requirements.
- Assist in identifying and implementing tailored solutions across fleet and telematics systems.
- Track and follow up on implementation milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Master Data Management - maintain and update master data related to vehicles, devices, users, and operational workflows.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms and reporting tools.
- Operational Support - work closely with telematics specialists, support staff, and field technicians to resolve issues and optimize workflows.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors or clients.
- Process Optimization - assist in developing and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous process enhancement initiatives.
- Reporting & Documentation - prepare operational reports, implementation logs, and performance summaries.
- Document technical requirements and maintain records of solution deployments and knowledge base.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, ICT, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or technical coordination (fleet or telematics experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and fleet management platforms is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
