Operations Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant – Supply & Manpower Management Coordinator in FM Industry to support day-to-day operational activities across manpower deployment, supply chain coordination, and administrative functions. The role requires close coordination with vendors, internal teams, and site supervisors to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and accurate reporting across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Supply Chain Management

  • Assist in manpower planning, deployment, and scheduling across multiple sites
  • Assist in multi-site operations supervision and daily operational reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Human Resources & Manpower Coordination

  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Assist with employee relations and performance tracking
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, timekeeping, and attendance reconciliation
  • Maintain HR records in line with HR policies and procedures
  • Support end-of-service processing, documentation, and clearance
  • Ensure labour law compliance and internal policy adherence

Technical & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Update and manage data in ERP, HRIS, and Time & Attendance (T&A) systems
  • Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Provide administrative support to operations and HR teams
  • Assist with basic computer networking tasks and SQL-based data queries (where required)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manpower coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and manpower deployment
  • Experience with ERP, HRIS, and T&A systems
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports, reconciliation, tracking)
  • Understanding of labour laws and HR compliance
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and manage competing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
